Lately I`ve been sewing cardis from dresses and sweaters.. and adorning them with sequins taken from jewlery, cushioncovers and scarves. It takes forever to sew them on by hand, but I just love it, both the process and the results. I like to mix different materials, bringing the glitz from evening to daytimewear. Here I`m layering wool and silk with jewlery made from shoelaces and belts.
Fashion is all about playfulness, don`t you think?
