Hi sweethearts!

Last summer I started my Spreading the love-series where I feature lovely bloggers of all sizes. I started this series as a response to some of the drama going on in the blogosphere about what women are real and not. It was important to me to actively do something, to be clear on where I stand in my life, on and off line. I welcome all people in my life and in my blog. All I ask that we be respectful of each other.

I am a self worth activist, supportive of everyones right to define their own worth and use what ever labels on them selves they choose, be that fat, curvy or straight sized, homosexual, heterosexual or transgendered. It is not the label I am interested in, my focus is the person. I have chosen to ask everyone I feature the same questions, regardless of their amount of followers and size, something that has caused some controversy, but that is ok. I welcome dialouge, that is what expands our horizons, love and understanding of each other. You can read my manifesto on self worth here: “Who gets to label my self worth? I do!” Go to the Spreading the Love-page to enjoy all of the features.

Today it is my great pleasure to spread the love for the wonderfully warm and stylish Sacramento of Mis Papelicos! I adore Sacramento, she is so playful and energetic in her fashion, and if you have seen or received comments from her around the blogosphere you know she is just the most supportive and loving person.

Could you share with us your thoughts on fashion vs fatshion?

I do not measure people for their size, but for their creativity when it comes to wearing clothes.

What is your philosophy with regard to fashion?

I do not follow trends in fashion, but my own inspiration; although I like to be well informed. I always dress for myself, and to inspire those who cross my path. To me, putting and outfit together is a bit like painting an ephemeral picture, and a thrill every time. I love to watch how the clothes just blend together in a mixture of colours, patterns and textures.

I would love for you to share some of your fave looks.

I would like to think that my style is quirky rather than smart; with the knowledge to distinguish the thin line between quirky and clown.

How does blogging impact your life?

I have been keeping notes and cut-outs in notebooks, (that´s why the name of my blog: MIS PAPELICOS – my little papers or cut-outs) for as long as I can remember. Having a blog now, has given me a place to express myself and share my passion for clothes with all of you.

Do you have a message for all the fashionloving ladies/gentlemen out there, whatever their size?

-Get rid of the comfy pants and t-shirt, they are a deadly trap…-Look at yourself in the mirror, cherish the way you look, and build from there.- Be daring rather than boring.-

Thank you so much Sacramento. You are an inspiration to us all!

To enjoy the features of the more than 50 bloggers I have featured so far go to the Spreading the Love-page.

Ps. I would love for you to connect with me on Facebook/By Anika <3
